Levelling Jacks help secure the generator during different stages, including operation loading/unloading. The included tie-downs can be used for crane lifting or secure transportation.
Generator Fuel Tank
The 50-gallon Diesel Generator Fuel Tank provides a seamless and secure solution for your generator’s power needs. It can hold enough fuel for over 48 hours of continuous operation, ensuring you never have to worry about running out of power. The fuel tank is installed between the generator and the trailer for safe transportation. Additionally, we have equipped it with a rollover safety shut-off valve, fuel supply, and return valves for added peace of mind. You can easily maintain it with spare fill and drain ports, and the included mechanical and electronic fuel level gauge. The generator controller monitors the fuel tank and keeps fuel level measurements at your fingertips.
Generator Controller
The DynaGen generator controller plays a crucial role in all Aurora Generators, thanks to its robust design and exceptional durability. Even in the most challenging conditions, such as severe duty and extreme vibrations, the DynaGen controller excels and provides comprehensive protection, control, and monitoring. Moreover, this advanced controller offers automatic starting, load monitoring, and safety warnings and shutdowns, all of which are logged for up to 150 events.
The controller also has a password protection feature to prevent tampering and ensure security. In addition, the Aurora Generators’ user-friendly design, which features the DynaGen controller, includes outputs for triggering alarms, lights, or other warning devices and a convenient two-wire start option for integration with transfer switches or remote controls. Construction
The generator enclosure is made of galvannealed steel with a powder-coated finish and features a central lifting point. It has two service doors on either side that offer easy access while being secure with locks. Automotive weather stripping is utilized to prevent water from entering and reduce noise. The user panel is located on the short side of the generator and includes the main and branch circuit breakers for the receptacles and an advanced generator controller. The well-designed weather enclosure protects the generator from unauthorized access and ensures it remains dry and quiet. The generator is securely mounted on a durable steel frame for long-lasting use.
