TE Connectivity AMPSEAL 35-Pin Connector Housing
The TE Connectivity 776164-2 is a 35-position AMPSEAL sealed plug housing for wire-to-board connections in generator controls, engine wiring harnesses, vehicles, and industrial equipment. It is suitable for building or repairing compatible harnesses used with DynaGen TG600 and PRO600 generator controllers.
The natural-colour housing uses Code B mechanical keying. Always confirm the mating header colour and keying before ordering because AMPSEAL housings with the same number of positions are not necessarily interchangeable.

Contacts and accessories
This product is the plug housing assembly. Crimp contacts are not included. Aurora offers the compatible TE Connectivity 770520-1 tin-plated socket for 16 to 20 AWG wire separately.
Depending on the installation, you may also require a correctly keyed mating header, backshell, cavity sealing plugs, connector position assurance accessory, and the proper AMPSEAL crimping and extraction tools.
Important compatibility information
- Confirm that the mating header uses the matching natural-colour, Code B keying.
- Select contacts for the conductor size, insulation diameter, current, and operating temperature.
- Install sealing plugs in unused cavities.
- Follow the TE Connectivity application specification and use approved tooling.
