Stamford S0L1-S41 Single-Phase Alternator – 13.5 kW Class
The Stamford S0L1-S41 is a genuine single-bearing, brushless alternator designed for compact diesel generator sets in the 12–13.5 kW range. Configured for 120/240 V, single-phase, 60 Hz operation, this 4-pole, 1800 RPM generator end delivers stable output for homes, farms, mobile power and light commercial standby where reliable single-phase power is critical. It is commonly used on Aurora diesel generators in the 10–13 kW class, replacing older 164C-style heads with modern S-range technology.
Built on Stamford’s S0 core with wire-wound construction and CoreCooling™ airflow, the S0L1-S41 combines high power density with long service life. A self-excited field and analogue AVR (AS480 or equivalent) provide tight voltage regulation under changing loads, while class H insulation, IP23 enclosure and UL/IEC/NEMA/CSA compliance support continuous duty in demanding environments. The single-bearing design mounts directly to the engine flywheel through SAE bellhousing hardware, making it a drop-in choice for new Aurora builds or replacement of existing 12–13.5 kW generator heads.
